Products advertised are not what you receive. My purchase was a distressed fabric and leather panel garment. What I received was a printed depiction of distressing and leather patches. Cheap and untrue company that then offers a portion of the purchase price back but not a refund.
I ordered and paid for this bag, but I cannot get any response or information on this order and it has not shipped after a full week. I was on hold for customer service for 15 minutes. The recording continued to come back and tell me I was caller number 2, but the expected wait time increased from 1 minute to over 15 minutes. I'm not sure this company is even legitimate but I'll never order from them again!
