They didn't tell me when items were being delivered. Were also supposed to take them to the floor and haul away old items and I had paid for that service. Driver refused. Woman at Tekworld said she would correct spelling fix it and would email me, and I never got an email. I won't buy from them again.
While I liked the product very much, a Bosch No Frost refrigerator, setting up the delivery and getting responses was less than efficient. TekWorld.it needs to have a simple system of ‘send an email, get a response’. The whole ‘ticket’ system of communication is tiresome and inefficient. Or have a chat person to get a quick answer to a question.Once scheduled, the delivery folks were excellent - careful, neat and courteous. I give them 5 stars!And 5 stars for the product as well.
outstanding experience!I found a sink from Blanco for half the price of a normal store.Federica was very helpful giving me the information on the phone and by email. The purchasing went smooth, no hidden fees. The customer service called me to verify the address(man this is rare...)I received the product in perfect state, in a relatively short time, also considering that the location is not right around the corner. As painless as it should be! I can say this business is trustworthy and I would buy again.
