Brand new prop firm but when billing and account errors happened they stepped up right away and notified everyone that they were working on fixing it. It was fixed and they kept us informed the whole way through it. These guys have the highest integrity!
So far the experience has been good. Understanding that at the time of this review, the firm is launching in beta and working out the kinks. More importantly than the issues during the first competition, the responsiveness from support has been top tier. Expecting the firm and product offering to evolve as the beta moves forward.
Clearly, some of these guys writing the bad reviews DONT know what BETA MEANS! I saw about this firm on a random Youtube video. Liked a lot about what was promised, but yes there could be better communication, ESPECIALLY because you're being measured against being a scam. Most mature traders understand WEEK ONE there will be hiccups, but keeping everyone in the dark not good. I made money and have received payouts in my account. What could have been better is an email saying that most likely you would only be receiving a 'Proportional' amount of your account profits. I really believed what my account profits were going to be in my account. I think this truly was an oversight. I can understand when there's so many bugs to fix this can happen. I have one account that I got above 2k so I'm still waiting for my Live account🤔 unless they mean my pro-rata profits need to be more than 2k. Will update ....

Problems that I seeFirst day they meet there money matched and had to shut it down the first day. People that had money made, now they say you can only get a portion of the money. only 20% of what was madeCan not trade every dayFor the last 2 days you can not even trade because they do not have enough money in there poolSounds good but real traders want to trade every day not 1 day and then who knows when.Traders lost there accounts when not even close to there max draw down.These are just a few things that I see and no fault to the trader.The only one here guaranteed there money is the company and the very few top traders.It was shut down after only 1 day of trading because no funds to keep it going.Save your money and go with a real prop. firm. Many out there.
Tenacity is extremely transparent and easy to work with. Their competition model guarantees sustainability for the firm, which is critical for traders too: if the firm struggles to survive, they aren’t incentivized to reject your payouts or just straight rug pull. Their report is responsive and their payouts are prompt. The beta launch has surely taught them some lessons to improve their competition model going forward, but despite the challenges, they honored their initial ruleset and payout criteria to the letter. Anyone complaining just failed to read or comprehend the rules, which are not onerous at all.
I am extremely excited about Tenacity Trading and their “competition”. For anyone who may have a negative thought or written a negative review, it is just too early. The whole process is in Beta. Yes, it was disappointing not being able to start the competition last week, but I am happy to be a part of it, from the beginning. Every time I have reached out to support, I received a quick email response that always answered my questions to satisfaction. The company is completely transparent and clearly broadcast all information on their website. The competition does not start until January 19, 2026 at 6pm Eastern Standard Time. Give them some grace to execute their plan. It is an amazing concept and again, I am happy to be a part of it.
Tenacity has been transparent from day one of my experience. It’s a newer concept, and I’ll admit it took me a couple of read throughs to fully understand how everything worked, but once it clicked, it was clear the firm is truly trader first. That’s something the CEO has consistently emphasized, and it’s backed up by the updates and communication Jared has shared along the way.What really stands out is the support. Compared to other firms I’ve used, Tenacity’s team has been exponentially more responsive, both in Discord and through their support ticket system. Questions actually get answered, and issues are addressed quickly, which makes a big difference as a trader.They’ve also been upfront about being in beta and have never hidden the fact that improvements and new features are still coming. Even though the outcome of the competition wasn’t what everyone expected, Tenacity handled it exactly how they said they would. All winning traders were paid out as promised, which says a lot, especially for a firm this early in its lifecycle.It’s refreshing to see a prop firm prioritize transparency and actually follow through. I’m excited to see how Tenacity continues to evolve and what they roll out next for traders.
