DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered a single bed and 9-10inch foam mattress for my mother to come out of hospital with a broken femur, the ned dimensions were wrong on the website and so bed was not as high as advertised. They also delivered a 6 inch mattress which was £160 cheaper than the one I ordered. They have been promising a replacement mattress since 11/02/2026 and had me wait in all evening last night for delivery but never came and are now ignoring my calls/texts and emails!! They have literally ripped me off for £160.

Fantastic service, quick and straightforward communication.

The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. We purchased a bunk bed along with two mattresses, and the quality exceeded our expectations. The delivery team was excellent. We are extremely satisfied.

Quick delivery with excellent communication

I placed my order on a Sunday, and it arrived by Monday afternoon. The delivery driver kept in touch throughout the process and even brought it into the house for me. It was simple to assemble and is very comfortable.

Terrible experience with the furniture service.

I had a disappointing experience with the furniture service. I purchased two single beds and two pocket sprung mattresses, but the quality was incredibly poor. The bed drawers are defective and difficult to operate. The mattresses are subpar and do not match the promised 2000 pocket sprung model. Despite reporting the issues, no actions have been taken.
