Review Time
I paid for the annual subscription and was able to watch tennis matches for a few months. Then for some reason, it would not recognise my password. I emailed Tennis TV to resend a new password, which never happened, despite repeated requests. So I have paid an annual fee for an extremely poor return. I do not recommend this company, it is dishonest.
Sadly I must add yet another 1 to the reviews for this App. Having used it with moderate success for some time, I was disconcerted to find that my Amazon Firestick was no longer supported by the latest "upgrade". Customer service was very poor and the company seems to show scant interest in or respect for its customers.
Fantastic for streaming all the ATP matches with the APP on TV or computer. Can watch wherever in the UK and EU which is a bonus.Excellent commentators. I really enjoyed listening to Greg and Kevin in Toronto and now enjoying Robbie in Cinccy.Thank you Tennis TV!
There should be the ability to rate a company zero as this one does not deserve even a fraction of one! Thieving bastards who despite writing to me acknowledging my cancellation (which I did through my bank), they are still taking the monthly subscription fee!! I actually never got to see one minute of tennis through tennis.com and they should be sent to jail!
Subscribed for the grass court season. Couldn't watch a single match as each stream kicked me out after varying lengths of time and restarted the stream again. Contacted their support team who covered off some basic checks. After letting them know these didn't work they then suggested I do the same things again. When I reminded them I had already done them, guess what, they suggested doing it a third time. What a shower. 😕
I stopped watching women's tennis when they started screaming so I'm only interested in men's tennis which this provides. When Roland Garros or Wimbledon are on I cancel my subscription and subscribe to Discovery+ or watch BBC, then take out a subscription again. But the best thing about TennisTV for me is the fact that I can turn the tv off when someone calls or I have to go out and when I go back and click on the app it just picks up exactly where I left it. It's brilliant.
It is promised that we can see ALL tennis matches.That is a big lie, not one match of Roland Garros 2025 was broadcast.I do not have an expensive TV subscription, but I would like to be able to follow all tennis matches for € 16.99.What a huge disappointment, you will be really disappointed at TennisTV.com!
