No customer service

As a new customer in January I couldn't load Tennis TV so contacted customer services, I replied to the automated email as requested and never heard a thing after that. I find that appalling, it seems there's no help available at all.

Worst app eve

Worst app ever.There is no customer support at all and the don‘t even want to apply to there own terms and conditions. If you can’t access the app you will need to wait 2 days until someone comes back with a generic text that doesn’t help you at all and then the game starts from the start again.Livestream is often not working fully and you have to restart the page.I do not recommend at all to use this app or subscribe to it.

No Service at all ....

Improvement is a word this Company doesn't know. I had an Issum wirh my account. Could not login any more because i did not have any opportunity to login to my e Mail id. So i almost wrote them like ten Mails. And they were like "login to you Mail account'. And a said...no i cant. Thats my problem. Them tried to cancel my subscribtion. Still today they could not help me. But my money is still going to this Company. So i am not pleased at all.

Very problematic video streaming

One of the most problematic streaming video sites I have ever met. Flickering video in TennisTV Android app, discontinued video in TennisTV.com. It occurs on a constant basis during the last 4-5 months. I really wonder why they don't fix it. Esp. because it is the most expensive video tennis streaming sites, comparing e.g. to WTA TV and Eurosport Player.Unfortunately, I have not found another way to watch ATP Tour tennis ...

TENNIS TV APP NOT WORKING AND NOT GETTING FIXED

Been trying to get the app to work since April. Paid premium since April. Customer support keeps asking the same questions over and over. App is not working. Every time the copy paste text they send back, says they are looking into the issue, but nothing changes. It seems like they don’t even read the emails. Very very frustrating. And , of course, there is no number to call to get it sorted. Extremely disappointed. Never had to deal with such unprofessional customer support. A waste of time and patience.

No App available on smart TV and non existent customer service

I am based in the US and had a very disappointing experience with this TV service. Their App became unavailable and they refuse to reimburse the remaining months of my annual subscription.Tennis TV is a video streaming service dedicated to ATP tennis tournaments and it is owned by ATP Media Holdings based in UK.I purchased an annual subscription of this service in October 2021 for my Samsung smart TV. Few months later, the service stopped working on the smart TV and I could only access the service on my smart phone or computer. According to their website, the service interruption was temporary. After many delays, it was announced that the service was going to be restored in April. As of mid May 2022, the App is still not searchable/downloadable on Samsung TV.I have repeatedly contacted their customer service to ask for a partial reimbursement of the remaining months of my annual subscription. Unfortunately they do not have a phone number and can be only contacted by email at help at tennistv.com . There is no ticketing system and my email got answered by different representatives, so there is really no way to handle the case history or make some progress.
