NO WTA COVERAGE dispite claiming you can watch évery tennis match. Here i am having paid €16,99 and no option whatsoever to watch the French Open / Roland Garros.Quit stealing money from people. y’all should be deeply ashamed. also the app keeps crashing for no particular reason.
I have no problem with the content. However i don't like the way they manage subscriptions. I am currently signed up for premium, however they suddenly cancelled my subscription and asked me to sign up for premium again and i know the reason why. I don't have an issue with the annual amount since that i what i was paying anyway on a per monthly basis but that monthly amount suddenly increased without any notification while they are pretending it was an issue with automatic payments and looking into it while asking users to sign up again for premium. Honestly, a little transparency would go a long way. This is childish and extremely immature on their part and they must think we are bereft of a brain. Sad.
I think Tennis TV is absolutely fantastic as I can watch all the ATP matches wherever I am on either the computer or TV. Have not experienced any streaming problems.Delighted that Robbie Koenig and Sue Thearle have been commentators for the Madrid Tournament.It was a joy to see Rafa play again.Excellent! Thank you Tennis TV.
Thoroughly pathetic vis a vis multiple devices. At 'best' I log out of it first on my mobile device browser (no Desktop device) but even that didn't work with a 3rd device!! SO ENFURIATING. One star for the - smartphone only - spoiler free function. But they mess that up - without it on TV. So, would be a zero .. but didnt know if that would function here.Mostly .. a con.
I paid for my subscription through google play. Google play say the my account was activated. Tennistv says it isn't. Google play says it can't fix because it is tennistv's problem and tennistv says its google plays problem because they can't fix it. So I am not getting tennis even though I have paid my subscription. Goole play won't give a refund because tennistv has the money and tennis tv won't give a refund because they say its google play's problem!!!
I used to love this app. Granted, they don't show grand slams which is a bit of a shame, but to the reviews below, they do show women's tennis, however the tour is currently at Monte Carlo and there is no women's tennis there. With regard to commentators, there is the option to watch the match with no commentary, I've done it plenty of times as the commentators are very annoying!However, my problem is that it won't load on my Sony Google TV. I can watch it in the bedroom on my firestick ok, which is a bit strange. Hopefully this will be dealt with soon and I can go back to annoying my husband with tennis on all the time.
Terrible tv app. You can’t adjust your fast forward speed on the TV app, and there’s a bug which will just fast forward your video to the end if you press the fast forward button multiple times. This is the worst tv app that I’ve ever used, and it seems like this issue was reported a while back but still hasn’t been fixed.Another annoying thing is once you close the video, the app doesn’t keep a record of where you stopped, so you have to press the fast forward button (which doesn’t work) a million times to get to the bit that you actually want to watch. Terrible terrible tv app experience.
