Review Time
I bought 2 pillows & they were nothing like advertised. They also advertise as an Australian company but they aren’t as the product took forever to get to me & was packaged like a Chinese product, no boxes or proper packaging etc. They aren’t filled with memory foam but instead a very cheap synthetic filling which will get very hot in the summer & is quite firm which I don’t like. They are a knock off of what I was supposed to receive. Very disappointed don’t buy from this company as you will be very disappointed.
Terrible experience all round. Initially never received post tracking info and chased order (arriving far too slowly). Product is terrible. Don’t answer phone or respond when asked for callback. Delay in email replies then repeat the same message over and product substandard. Cannot use kneeling chair, it’s unstable and would cause problems not help my back. Want money back and they expect me to pay expenses and it’s large so would need a courier. Don’t risk it with this company!
I have given the 1 star rating because of this companies consistency. Yes consistently terrible at every stage of this transaction. The loss of original purchase price and return postage is nothing compared with the loss of trust in Australian businesses online. It is now months since my last contact with this company and I am still waiting for confirmation that my returned item was received so they could process my refund as promised. The end result for myself is that I no longer do shopping online and Im sorry for all of the legit companies out there trying to do the right thing.
I bought a Queen sized grounding sheet and grounding mat. The sheet isn't as portrayed on the website. Once I received it and realized it wasn't what I expected I asked for a refund. Terra Wellness says you can get a refund up to 90 days after purchase. There was only a automatic response email sent. I tried numerous times and got the automatic response only. Not till I said I would review them and go to the ACCC did I get a person to email me about it, offering a partial or whole refund. I asked for whole. I asked for a refund number to send with the goods. No response just the automatic response email. Guess they got me good. I will not be returning the goods till I have proof that after return I will get a refund. They say on their website they have a "happiness guarantee" obviously that means their happiness not the customers.
Bought a grounding sheet 5th Jan now 6th march have not received told resent product 19 feb cant seem to provide tracking number dodgy at best save your money buy from china that’s where they get it from am at moment going through consumer affairs probably all should do the same people sick of rip offs
