Brilliant. The only hiccup was us not seeing the text Saturn where in the car park the car was. That was our fault and when I phoned to ask where the car was the woman could not have been kinder! Delivery back to the car park was easy too. Seamless. 100% recommend.
This was the first time using Terrys car hire after many years hiring from some of the larger companies. Everything from start to finish was very efficient and went as planned. The car was clean and we found it easily in the car park. Dropping off the car at the end of our holiday was also easy. I will definitely be using Terrys in the future.
Terry' Car Hire Exceeded All Expectations For over 20 years I have hired a car three or four times a year in Mallorca.I have tried the big name brands at the airport. I have tried the cheap brands at the airport and discovered the extra hidden charges that make them expensive and unpleasant to deal with.In recent years I have used one of the off site hire companies and have been very pleased with them.This year however I had a couple of special requirements which my normal supplier could not help with and having read reviews on Mallorca Under the Sun I contacted Terry’s Car Hire. They were able to help.The price quoted was excellent and included full insurance. No hidden fees!They were initially out of stock of the larger car that I wanted but closer to the date they advised me that a larger car was now available if I wanted to upgrade.Everything went very smoothly. I received a text message when I arrived on the island to say where the car was parked and I found it with my name in the windscreen. I was thrilled and excited to find a brand new car ( 35k on the clock) waiting for me.A nice touch was the car system language had been switched to English which meant I could understand the beeps and warnings and I drove along the motorway that night.After our holiday we refueled and returned the car to the airport carpark.Having a toddler with us and using the car seat provided meant there was no minibus thrill ride between the airport and the hire base.Returning the car was easy and I walked away knowing I had found my new car hire provider for the future. Terry’s car hire Majorca was recommended by a friend. We hired a small automatic for a week. The whole experience was seamless & amazing compared to every company I’ve used in the past! Absolutely outstanding organisation. From the first contact through to the car hire experience itself I simply cannot fault Terry’s. We were looking for a cost effective car hire for our recent holiday and didn’t fancy standing for an hour in a car hire queue after a late flight. The process of booking and collecting the car was so much better than with the big chains. Thank you for a really pleasant and seamless experience. It’s not often you get service like this but when you do I believe it should be celebrated and shouted about!! Thank you to the whole Terrys team!
Out of necessity I needed tochange the initial car hire twice but nothig was too much trouble.Free child seats was good.Pick-up and Drop-off couldn't have been easier with clear instructions.The car was clean and tidy.Would use them again without hesitation.
