Hard sell, upsell attempts. Upon hitting a firewall with payment, I had to maneuver security on my end And so asked for them to hold the project and to allow me time to resolve the security issue. Within 2 hours after this, with the issue not resolved, I received 4 texts from the sales person. I responded that I was in a meeting, (I was). Then 2 more texts asking if I was done the meeting yet, then 2 more calls from a suspiciously different U.S. state than the original - but it was the same salesperson. I also got a new pay link from their "finance department" twice. Highly suspicious and heavy handed for a simple $200 graphics job. As someone who was a victim of a significant identity theft, I'd suggest steering clear.
