The after-sales service was exceptional, and I plan to get an estimate for additional windows soon.

I arranged for an estimate for work needed at 2:00 PM, but the estimator called 10 minutes before arrival to reschedule. I found this very disappointing, especially since I received a text later saying he could come at 3:30. Overall, very poor customer service.
