I would like to share my disappointment…

I would like to share my disappointment with the lack of communication regarding my subscription renewal. I was not notified about the upcoming charge of 40 euros, and there was no communication at all. This lack of transparency was frustrating and left me feeling blindsided by the unexpected charge. Moving forward, I hope that the company can improve their communication practices to provide customers with the information they need to make informed decisions.
