Where as the program did do what I needed (condense PDF files) there was no warning prior to the subscription going into effect/ getting charged. I paid for the week trial, just $.99. Then, without warning, I was charged for the subscription. Their deeply buried ‘no-refund’ policy was their response when I cancelled immediately, not using the service past my week trial. I hope the company doesn’t choke on all their non-refunded money. Poor company integrity.
