The boss casino is a bunch of thieves. I've had my account on the boss for a couple months and when I won and tried cashing out they said I had duplicate accounts and wouldn't pay me and closed my account. I have only ever had one account and no one has ever had access to said account. Customer service is garbage because they don't help with anything they just close account and steal your money. DONT PLAY THIS CASINO THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND JUST FALSELY CLAIM YOU HAVE DUPLICATE ACCOUNT.
I was very skeptical at first. The site is new and very glitchy. However, with my past experiences, playing on new online casinos that are just starting up. This seems to be a VERY common issue. Customer service than explained i had a big win it could take up to 7 days to verify. HOWEVER IT TOOK 24 HOURS, I KID YOU NOT FOR 6000 DOLLARS to be paid to my crypto wallet! FROM THE TIME OF SIGNING UP, WINNING, GETTING VERIFIED, AND FINALLY MY REDEMPTION TOOK 2 DAYS TOP. IM STILL IN SHOCK AS YOU CAN SEE. I LOVE THIS CASINO.
