I've been waiting 8 days already on my 2nd redemption through them. When they say may take ten days, they mean absolutely without a doubt will take 10 days minimum. I'd avoid this site. I won at spinquest, got verified and received my money in about a quarter of the time it's taken to be paid by this casino, AND I WAS ALREADY VERIFIED HERE!!! Insanely shady.
I redeemed my redemption of 200.00 on the 16th, here is the 30th of the month and my 200.00 is still pending, nor sure if they sitting there counting money before sending or what they doing, but this is nonsense and bs, they said 10 buisness days sure i gave them 10 buisness days and still nothing, all the other casino sites have no issues paying, chumba casino a day or 2, fortune coins next day zula casino next day, all the others next day or with in 3 days, not sure why this piece of crap casino has to take alnost 3 weeks just for 1 single 200.00 redemption, i recommend not putting no money on this site, because if you get a redemption you may never see it!
I really don't understand the negative reviews here I have won over 500 total and already received part that with the other part coming today, customer support has been very informative and direct when answering my questions I have played every single online sweepstakes casino there is and the boss is near my top 5 for sure. I have been trying to play all day after depositing money and have been getting error message after error message. Sometimes the messages are about my wallet being disconnected (I don’t have one connected in the first place), other times I’m told to contact customer support. This has happened on two mobile networks (ATT and Verizon) both with four bars on 5G and on four different WIFI networks all of which have been tested and have speeds of over 100mbps. I’ve tried two browsers, logged out, cleared my cache and nothing works. When I tried to contact customer support as the error message instructed I was connected to someone named Michelle who just told me to do the things I had already done and said everything was fine on her end before disconnecting the chat. The interface is fine and the game selection is decent but what does that matter when you can’t play and support isn’t interested in helping?
