What went wrong? Where do I start? 1st and foremost, Do Not spend any money into this ridiculous platform. It plays good up until you hit for a win over $5 once they see that you are profiting on your behalf they shut your game down and a screen pops up saying you must reload. Then after they actually let you start playing again you never see the winning hand again on your behalf. Then all of a sudden boom your account is empty and you left with a 100/0.. 100% (them)0%(you) ratio option pay more or walk away empty handed . So either way you go it's a lose lose ending for the customer... This platform is a circus ran by a bunch of monkeys
Trying to make a redemption... but not even able to add a debit card or bank account to complete redeem request. Makes no sense why my debit card from previous redemption isnt even showing up. Customer support says I need to wait for a response from Payments team which can take 24 hours. I cant help but feel like this is done on purpose to delay being able to make redemptions. When I needed to add a debit card to make a purchase it certainly didnt require 24 hours, I'm remember they were pretty quick to get it done so I could make a purchase. Slow redemptions are my kryptonite. And I also dont like that no reason is provided for why I cant add debit card or bank account to complete my redemption request.
I just signed up not long ago & i must say that I have to give recognition to them for being one of the best casino sites I ever played on! My experience has been nothing but top notch! They will continue to have 100% of my business... Kudos to them!
Funny how winning changes one’s opinion of these sites. 🤣 no in all seriousness though I wasn’t a huge fan at first but that was simply because the daily bonus wasn’t as good as some of the other sites I frequent. (And also thought it was a scam site at first) sorry guys lol. But just recently saw and email from the promotion team and gave them another shot. Which paid off… I mean out. Paid out lol. Thanks TBC
400 SC turnover on a $55 purchase? It also looks like the blackjack gameplay I had didn't count towards it either. Genuinely horrid rollover that is completely hidden until you try to withdraw, no reason at all to use this site when other sweepstakes casinos are much more generous in their welcome bonuses AND rollover.
