Poor communication. Still waiting on my Forks

Poor communication.I am still waiting on the Forks I ordered, with no email or notification as to why. I sent an email enquiring about the missing item from my delivery only to be responded with 'we a busy at the moment, damaged goods, waiting on shipment themselves'.A little more communication would avoid getting disgruntled customers leaving reviews on your poor performance.
