Please don’t touch this company absolute nightmare to get refunded after been given faulty product! Was sent out a faulty product and it has been a month since I sent the product back, they said I won’t get a refund until the manufacturer inspects it but that shouldn’t have anything to do with me as I wanted a refund. After countless messages they said they will send an ‘advanced refund request’ it has been a week and I have sent inquiries which they have blanked. And now it has been a month and I still don’t have my money back. Disgrace of a company please stay away
