Probably the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I complained that I'd received a pre-installed camera (i.e. a second hand one) and got an email back that was over 500 words and asked 12 questions all designed to waste my time and prevent me from getting any help and service. Watch out for the 25% 'restocking fee' if you make the same mistake I did by ordering from these guys and then try and return something. My recommendation is don't use this business. There are plenty other online retailers of CCTV equipment out there that must be better. I found out only too late that they have less than 30 Trustpilot reviews whereas a direct competitor has over 1,200. Thirty reviews just isn't enough to go on.
The customer service has been amazing. They have the best price for the NVR which I was looking for, and they provided some great advice on which is the most suitable model for me. I had some issues setting the NVR up but a few WhatsApp messages later they helped mec, and this was well outside of working hours and during the Christmas and new year period. Exceptional service.
I phoned and got verbal advice which was great. Then emailed to check what I was ordering was fine, emailed me back straight away with confirmation.Placed order, it arrived quickly and I did the install a couple of days later.Great company to do business with, good advice, no hidden costs and fast delivery, well packaged for safety.
