Anyone writing a 1 star review for these guys is delusional. The quality of their scents is excellent and very close to the original. I’m constantly getting compliments. Quality products at reasonable prices. We need more companies like The Essence Vault.
To be perfectly honest, the company is doing everything excellent, the friendly service, easy to move through the website and i keep on shopping on this site because I am genuinely happy with my purchases and will definitely continue to do so.... BIG shout to Colin and his team.
Just received 3 separate aftershaves and they smell great and last all day. A realbargain but of a very high quality. I needed to get in touch when my original order didn’t arrive. Mashal was superb, quickly responding to me when I raised an issue and sorting a replacement within 2 days. I would recommend this company to others they are excellent and so will certainly order from them again.
After delivery company lost my parcel I emailed essence vault and with 48 hours I had new order on way with Royal Mail this time .I have never had something resolved to quilcky and would like to thank Gareth for keeping me updated throughout and getting it sorted ready for my sons birthday Excellent !!
