Decided to order a muslin pyjama size S.. Quality ok... When I ordered because I was signing up as a new customer there was a promotion for a free muslin towel. Although on the website it said usual delivery 3-5 days it took more than two weeks for the item to arrive. When I got the parcel no muslin towel, and the pyjama had no label on it it just came in a plastic bag.. Tried it on very small and I noticed it was a size M. Tried contacting customer services and they said they are purposefully done like this to fit everyone.. I said I wasn't happy with the quality and they accepted a return, except I had to return it in Switzerland...!!! I gave up as postage wasn't worth it.. Maybe I will re gift it.. But what an absolute scam of a company...Everything comes from a werehouse in China.. So don't be fooled
The Fleece company sent the wrong colored item ordered @ cost of $55.91 and will not honor a full refund. I also have to incur return mailing cost from the USA to Germany. Additional cost of $30 minimum. They have offered a 50% refund on original cost of item, not including the mailing. This was after a week of emails back and forth from 10% to 50%. I will be donating the item to someone in need. the refund was insufficient considering this was a mistake by the Fleece Company
I ordered pyjamas and they arrived over 2 weeks late and were shipped from China! I contacted customer services several times to find out what was going on and had no response ever. When they did arrive they were very poor quality and the back seems in the trousers hadn't even been sewn up so there is gaping holes in them.
