The Fleece Company has been very supportive, my first purchase did not fit and they helped me choose another size. This company had no demands on me I just received help and direction while getting the correct item and size that I needed making this company’s customer service excellent. Oh, yes, the products that the Fleece Company has also is of excellent quality and beautiful too. Thank you again until next time.
*returns to Germany - but the fleece company don’t pay the customs bill so it comes back to you. I returned the items as The blanket isn’t as thick as expected and same item half the price on Amazon. The Pjamas have no size on them and fit poorly. It’s cost me £100+ returns fee and still have the items
The only reason I have given them one star is because they respond very quickly to their emails. I purchased a pair of pyjamas for £38.99 as a Christmas present for my daughter. It took nearly three weeks for them to arrive and when they did they were packaged terribly. I was not happy with the feel of the material and asked for their returns policy, having read they have a no quibble returns. I was asked for my reasons for returning the goods (understandable for their feedback) but then photos?!! I was then told they had to be returned to a German address at my cost and tracked! The cost to me would be approx £30.00. Need I say more? They were unwilling to help me meet the cost of the return, instead offering me a 40% refund if I kept the item. Good refund you might say, but not if you don’t want the goods, but what option do you have? I just want to make purchasers aware of the returns policy of this company, it’s dreadful and based in Germany returns are out of the question.
initially I was unhappy with the product I received customer service promptly got in contact with me and resurrect the problem in fact gave me a brand-new blanket and allowed me to keep the old one. Very happy with my blanket.
Do not order from this company. The size and quality are poor. The size of the blankets are not true size. They are much smaller. I ordered the queen size and the blankets were not even long enough to cover 60" or a 5' tall person. Material was rough and scratchy. I purchased these for gifts and now have to spend more than I budgeted for. Their return policies do not allow state-side shipping and overseas for me was almost $200.00. They did offer a 20% refund and to keep the blankets.
