I encountered a minor issue with my order as I only received one blanket instead of two. However, when I reached out to the customer service team, they addressed the problem promptly and arranged for the second blanket to be sent to me. The blanket I received is incredibly soft and feels like being enveloped in cotton wool! It's a beautiful blanket.
My experience with the blanket provider was exceptional because their muslin blankets are cool and soft, perfect for our humid summer nights. I now sleep much better without tossing and turning. Additionally, they delivered quickly and reliably. I highly recommend this product and the service.
The delivery took longer than expected to arrive in Florida. The packaging was inadequate, resembling a ball wrapped in tape. The product itself is not worth the price, as the material is already fraying and developing holes. It's very thin and doesn't adequately cover my queen bed. I'm dissatisfied and won't be buying again.

My daughter and I adore them! Both types of blankets have all the qualities described by other users and the company, and they were spot on. The muslin blanket is cozy, soft yet breathable, making it perfect for daily use. The fleece blanket is fluffy and luxurious, providing a wonderful sense of warmth. I've already recommended these items to many others. These blankets are truly the best online purchase I've ever made, and I would buy them again and again! 🙂

After some experimentation, I managed to change the color of the second fleece, but it made me uncertain. Other than that, everything else functioned smoothly.
The quality and comfort of the wrap are outstanding. I purchased two as Christmas gifts, one for a close friend who struggles with arthritis and has difficulty putting on a coat. I ordered 2 shawls as Christmas gifts. They looked stunning online, but in reality, they were not as appealing. The major issue was that one shawl had black stains on the cream fabric. I reached out to the support team, and it took several days, along with a follow-up email, to get a response. They initially offered a 20% refund, and when I declined, they increased it to 30%. However, I can't use the shawl because of the stains. When I inquired about returning it, they provided an address in Germany! There was no prepaid return for their defective product. I would recommend avoiding this company.
I made two purchases in November, which arrived in early December. Since then, I've been trying to get information about the return process, but the support team has been very unhelpful. Despite my persistent efforts, I haven't received any responses. I'm concerned that I've been taken advantage of, both in terms of product quality and the inability to return items.

I had to give mine to my son’s girlfriend, who is very small, and those were a large size. The small ones I got will be given to a friend’s child. I couldn’t return them because I was unable to get the required form. I'm quite disappointed, especially since they weren't inexpensive. I wouldn’t recommend spending your time or money on this.
