I ordered 2 pairs of pyjamas after reading great reviews. They took 3 weeks to arrive and when they did one pair had loose threads and stitching missing on the hem. The other pair had a button missing.I had to pay to return them to Germany even though they were faulty. Certainly would not recommend them. I am still waiting for the refund. I used a tracking service so I know they have been received.
I accidentally ordered the incorrect size. Within 20 minutes I emailed to have it corrected BEFORE items were dispatched. Items are dispatched from China but to return an item you must send back at customers cost to Germany. Waste of money!!!! These blankets don't even fit my kids single beds and I paid $75 NZD each 😒 Do not buy from this company
This is my second order with the Fleece Company. I bought three king size light weight blankets this past summer. I found their customer service to be good and responsive to my issues. I find an email is always best because it gives the business the opportunity to check invoice #'s and read what they questions that are being asked. They contacted me right away.My issue was small, well received and taken care of in a short period of time. NO complaints.Fast Forward. I just placed my second order for the winter weight blankets last night. Since my first order the ex lg King size blankets are available. Again I ordered three and will be giving them as gifts this Christmas. The reason I especially like these Fleece Company blankets are I don't like weight holding me down even in the winter and cooler months. Wish I'd found them when we lived in Western Montana a number of years ago. Now I live in So. CA and I'm finding the light weight is still working well for winter so far.Hurry Don't wait, I imagine they will be selling quickly.
Terrible company to deal with. Ordered a King size blanket (didn’t check the sizing they provided because I think sizing is pretty universal) however when it arrived I realized it wouldn’t even fit a Queen size bed. I asked to return it & they offered me a 20% refund & to keep the blanket. I said no, that I would like a full return & would send back the blanket. Their response: “It’s unfortunate that 20% refund offer was unsuitable.” I paid almost $200 for this blanket. No, 20% refund is not suitable. Now I have to pay a lot of money to send this blanket to Germany from Canada and not guaranteed a full return. Never ordering from this company again.
I ordered the blue floral muslin pajamas in XL. After receiving the first set, sized L and a VERY small size L at that, I emailed the company and requested the pajamas in the correct size. I was told they sent the wrong size on purpose because the pajamas run big. What!? I told them I ordered the correct size based on the size chart they provide on their website and to please send what I ordered. I just received the second set of pajamas....the same exact size! This set of pajamas didn't have a size sticker on them. What a scam site. Upon closer inspection, the first set had a label cut out of it. My guess is they get these One Size pajamas off Temu or from Alibaba to resell them. Two stars only because the pajama are very nice looking.
I would give zero stars if I could. I bought two sets of very pricey pajamas for my teen daughters for Christmas. The wrong sizes were sent for both sets, the fabric, cut, and colors are NOTHING like the photos, they’re itchy & they stink, and to top it all off their return policy feels like a total scam. I’m convinced these came straight from a sweat shop in China. I already spent a fortune, why should I have to pay to ship these all the way to Germany when the company is at fault for sending me the completely wrong items? No way to run a business or treat customers.
