I ordered what appeared to be a quality blanket/comforter for my full size bed. I’m not sure why the company even lists bed size selections because they are 110% incorrect! What I received wouldn’t even cover a twin size bed, but more accurately a baby crib. Their customer service said, “ I’m sorry for the confusion — our blankets are throw-style and not designed to fully cover a queen-size bed.” So, again, why even offer sizes if just a throw? Completely misleading! Support then shares that I’m welcome to send them back to them in Germany!! Really? Yeah, people really want to return their wrongly known sized item back that would probably be another $30+!? Any the quality of the product is also a complete joke! This is easily the worst item I have ever purchased. Check out their return policy for a good laugh. The company says that will only refund 70% of the items cost will be refunded if opened. How is someone supposed to see what size it is in its sealed plastic bag?? That with returning the item to Germany with high import shipping costs. Long story short… avoid this company like the plague!!
The ordering process, delivery and the product are second to none. As a hot sleeper this Muslim blanket has become my go-to every night. It is so beautifully cloud soft and is just the perfect weight. Can't wait to purchase our winter blankets from The Fleece Company
I accidentally ordered twice the same order, I emailed them regarding this and a day later the money was refunded and the second order cancelled. So far excellent customer service. I have not received the goods yet, I will review again when they arrive.

Service and delivery was acceptable. BUT, for something advertised and paid for as “Queen sized” the blanket barely covers the surface of a double, with zero overhang. Disappointing! If I wanted a double, I’d have ordered a double!
I am extremely disappointed with this company’s customer service. They sent the wrong size pajamas and then informed me that I would need to pay to return them from the U.S. to Germany. That is unacceptable. Shipping took a long time, and when an issue arose, it was not handled appropriately. Based on this experience, I will not be supporting this company again.
This company is a complete fraud. Their sizes are ridiculous and then in order to return an item you have to send it back to Germany which costs more than the product is even worth. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! You will be disappointed and scammed.
The wrong sizes came and I asked if we could do a swap or get a refund they have ignoring for three months now and I’ve be constantly emailing the company I’m absolutely disappointed as pjs was meant to be a Christmas gift for my mother and she was exited to wear them but she didn’t even need to try the to see that they were small for her specifically the pants since they look closer to my size.
This is poor business practice and supply management
The sewing on the fabric doesn’t look that strong and the colours are far my faded than the images
I would tell anyone who wants to buy from this company to not do it as the support teams is unreliable.
Not just that, but the delivery was delayed and they didn’t not tell me and when I contacted them about the tracking app given is practically useless
They took no responsibility on the delay or tracking or product support.
It sad that I’ve had to go this far but I simply wanted to get my mum a good Christmas gift and the pyjamas are not cheap I save up all year for them
If I could give zero I would. They use their own sizing for blankets so a full size blanket doesn’t even fit a twin size bed. BUYER BEWARE!!! Customer service does not answer and when they finally do…, forget it. Nothing will be resolved. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
The blankets are so soft. I purchased the standard blanket first, and now I have the heavy blanket on order. I had a hard time trying to figure out if I could mix and match sizes with the B1G1, so I just ordered the same sizes. You definitely need to wash the blankets prior to use, as quite a bit of lint is generated. I suggest washing separately if you have a dark color and a light color, at least the first time washing. I also suggest sizing up if you want some overlap on your bed.
Five stars isn’t enough.
These fleece pajamas are hands-down the softest, coziest pajamas I’ve ever owned. The fabric is unbelievably plush without being heavy, and they somehow manage to feel luxurious and comforting at the same time. The quality is beautiful — from the stitching to the fit — and they wash perfectly without losing that softness.
Putting them on at the end of the day feels like a little act of self-care. I genuinely look forward to wearing them, and I already want another pair. If you’re on the fence, don’t be — these are worth every penny.
