I immediately contacted you to advise and requested a refund.... you have made me send several videos of the unit you have finally admitted there was a bad batch.... I have repeatedly asked for my money back as you promised a 90 day money back guarantee.... you have now been ignoring my emails. I have asked in excess of 40 email and Facebook messages for a return address and to have my hard working money returned for an item that has never ever worked.... I have attached a message from Leen advising there was a faulty batch..... I want my money back......
