Been with this company now a few weeks. Still waiting for an overcharge on my account, stated one date via email, then said it was an error, and stated another. Have I received my Credit/Refund?? Erm nope. Full of promises but fail to deliver.Small businesses need the help and every penny counts. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask
I had a prepayment fuel card with this company, after a few months they convinced me to go for the other card where the invoice me weekly I was promised it will be at least 2p per litre every week compared to my prepayment card which I was happy with, if there was a charge for this card as I had already paid for two prepayment cards they said no charge, perfect what could be better it's cheaper per litre also there's no charge as I have already paid for two cards which they are going to discontinue, I was charged for the card and there was no such thing as 2p litre cheaper, I was told by my rep, whoever told me this was a lie he promised to sort it out and refund me which had been a good few months I have stopped using them I will cancel my subscription as they are scanners like most for fuel called companies. convinced me to leave her a good positive review I had phone call after phone call until I left the review after that nobody wants to know.
