1. I bought a account of 5k$ and make a profit off 300$ and overnight my account was upgraded ot to 10k$ without my concern without any profit and also in this account i made a profit of 1500$ and it was suspended without 3% loss .
2. No customer reply no emails reply.
3. Doing fraud is easy nowdays with inosense face.
Their support team is not responding. There were some post-trading activities in my account that I did not initiate. Previously, they mentioned a cyber attack on their system.
I have contacted them via Telegram and email, but it has been almost two days without any response. On Telegram, they have seen my messages but have not replied at all.
This situation is making me concerned. I am starting to worry that the platform might be a scam or that they are not properly prepared to launch this prop firm.

I had opened multiple account.
Account id - 7608 ( 2 Step Evaluation)
Account id - 23249 ( 2 Step Evaluation)
I had raised two concern, which has not been resolved yet.
1) Raised concern on 27 February(you can check in telegram chat) Trade in GBPUSD chart always open in big -ve position so we can not set SL properly.
2)Issue with 2-Step Evaluation Account – Account ID 23249.
I raised a concern on 03 March regarding my account (Account ID: 23249).
I opened a 2-step evaluation account on 3rd March. The daily loss limit is set at -250, and my account is currently in profit (green). Despite this, on the same day, it is incorrectly showing as FAILED with the message “daily loss limit exceeded.”
Since my account is in profit and has not breached the -250 daily loss limit, this appears to be a technical issue with the evaluation account. I had previously reported this concern via Telegram but have not received any response from the support team so far.
Please help in resolving these issue.

"I purchased a funded account from The Funded Room purely based on the trust and reputation of its founder, Mayank Raj. However, my experience so far has been nothing short of a nightmare.
I made the payment via Crypto (USDT on the ERC20 network). The transaction was successful on my exchange, and I have the blockchain TxID to prove it. Even their own website gateway showed a green tick stating "Payment Completed".
Despite all this clear proof, I have NOT received my account credentials (MT4/MT5 details). It has been almost 24 hours! There is absolutely no update on my email or the client dashboard.
To make matters worse, their Telegram support team is extremely unhelpful. Instead of taking 2 minutes to verify my Transaction Hash on the blockchain, they just copy-paste automated replies asking me to "wait 24 hours for manual verification." In 2026, which prop firm takes 24 hours to verify a simple crypto hash?
This is a very disappointing start for a new prop firm. I trusted this brand, but right now, my money is stuck and I have zero access to my trading account. I strongly advise new traders to be very careful with their slow system. Resolve this immediately!
Very good Prop firm. Very genuine and support team is good at what they are doing.
1. The Rules are simple and not complicated.
2. The interface is great and very smooth.
3. They have their own trading platform which is one of the best thing, dont have to worry about MT4 or MT5 like other prop firms. Excellent and very smooth to trade.
4. Its good for scalping. Can put SL/TP on the charts just by dragging and dropping. Can execute trades really fast.
5. Its also good for Swing trades as we can hold it over night and also on weekends. This one is so important for the account to grow. Most of the prop firm restrict weekend trades and so have to close running trades.
6. Very good for Indian traders as we can deposit and take payouts in INR directly through the bank by paying GST tax. Makes it legal and safe for Indian Traders.
Mr. Mayank is a great guy, has come up with excellent prop firm. He has thought of every angle that a trader needs and has presented his hard work with excellence.

I am not here to write something, but I trust Mayank the trade room his channel on YouTube. I trust him, but from four days I am trading this fund account and I have instant funding, but yesterday there was an hack glitch on website so i understand and my account was showing and drawdown they they like, told me to wait. I waited today morning. It gets all, but not fully three dollar extra do was there like 0.23%. Then they told me to manage three dollar is what is that then I said okay, but then I told them if three dollar will be extra. Do you will just remove my account so please do it as I am. My account was now they are playing game or what I don’t know if this is not Mayank, this is telegram supporting. I have mailed. Also, I have tweet also that they are saying you are. You didn’t follow the rule. That’s why account and account is not reached yet account is active is over. I am very much confused. What to do I can’t say anything and my trading time is coming your session. I am very much disappointed.
It was a wonderful experience for me as an experienced trader , because no comfort platform for there for me to trade in India ..
