The platform is great i purchaged an account with 25k balance and yesterday morning i completed the target of 8%, but in the evening when i come back from the job its showing that my account suspended because of hedging, i dint do that ,but thanks to the traderoom team they resolve the problem, great effort i appreciate that very much,

THE WORST PROP FIRM IN THE WORLD!!! In my whole life I always trade in XAUSD (Gold VS USD). Today my last trade was on this pair and I closed my position after taking $107 profit and when I come back after 4 hours I see my dashboard that my account was breached due to open Long and Short position at the same time on the currency pairs, Bro!!!! I didn't even open my laptop in this time. How a trade can be placed when I didn't open my laptop.
I am writing regarding the violation of my funded account and I sincerely request you to please review my case.
I recently purchased two accounts on your platform:
• 2-Step Evaluation Account: 10146 (still in evaluation phase)
• Instant Funded Account (50k): 13403
At the time of the incident, my 2-step account was in good profit (1000+ USD), and I had just started trading on the 50k funded account, with only around -89 USD drawdown. I was being very careful and strictly following all the rules.
Before placing the trade, I always check open positions across my accounts to avoid any violation. While doing this, the website suddenly showed an error page, so I reloaded it. After reloading, I again checked all positions and charts, and no active trade was visible. Only after confirming this, I took a short position on my funded account.
Immediately after placing the trade, I received a violation for hedging. This was very shocking and stressful because I had taken all precautions. If the existing trade had been visible, I would never have taken the position. I also contacted your Telegram support, and they mentioned there could have been a server or system issue at that time. But no one replying after that.
I have just started my journey with your platform and invested my hard-earned money. Losing the funded account because of a possible technical or visibility issue is very painful. I sincerely request you to please investigate the logs and help restore or re-enable my account.
My account was not breached i m in contunue touch with support them that there is some issue is trading panel. the trades are not recording in my account. continue check...
but at evening i did a trade of 0.01 in eher and los of 3 cent to check if trade is hapening or not and my account is breached message i got.. very unfair.... i have full chat history i can share if need. also done mail with all screenshots... but no response ..

The Funded Room, I am writing this review out of frustration because I have not received any support regarding the errors below, and my account 8144 was forced into breach.
1. After placing orders in the chat, they were not executed. This happened multiple times.
2. I used a small stop loss of $43 for a trade on 27th February, but it does not appear in the trade history for that day. Instead, I see the trade recorded on 2nd March with a huge loss of -$1,747.19 and many trades showing as Partial Close WHY? those are already closed with very small SL.
3. Many trades that were not executed on 27th February are now appearing in the trade history with huge losses.
4. I have provided all the screenshots to the support team via Telegram, but I have not received any resolution yet.
Due to your system glitch, why should people suffer and lose their money?

Web terminal in laptop as well as in mobile not properly working... Continuously technical glitches,
position open & close give issue.
It's showing one open position with loss..I don't even place the order...
Then I refresh... At that time.. there is no any open position
I am writing this review based on my recent experience with Funded Room, a relatively new entrant in the prop trading market. Due to their inexperience, they appear overwhelmed by high customer volumes, leading to frequent technical issues.
Their website and web trading terminal suffer from numerous glitches and bugs. The platform undergoes daily maintenance, often disrupting access. Trade history displays inaccuracies, which has resulted in unwarranted account violations.
Customer support responds adequately via chat—sometimes promptly, other times slowly—but their replies are often generic (“OK”) and unhelpful. Initial interactions provide false hope, such as promises of a new account after filling out forms. However, after prolonged conversations lasting up to a week, they ultimately deny resolution, wasting significant time.
My recommendation: Avoid Funded Room until they stabilize their platform, resolve technical issues, and improve support reliability.
