We had three high-quality doors installed by the service. All products are top-notch, but I encountered an issue with a door hinge developing a squeak. Initially, I was told that due to the superior product warranty, the fix would be free. Later, I was informed that the warranty was only six months, and I would incur charges. I ended up paying for a fix that should not have been necessary, leaving me frustrated with the service provided.
