Caution: Misrepresentation, Poor Execution, and Unfulfilled Refund

I signed up for what was represented as a HighLevel ProTools–sponsored done-for-you program with Orien Daly, advertised at $5,000 (discounted from $10,000) and branded with the HL ProTools logo on the offer page.

Despite this, my card was charged $7,500, and although Orien acknowledged the overcharge and committed to refunding the extra $2,500, it has now been over 4 months with no refund issued.

Beyond the billing issue, the program execution was extremely poor:

Disorganized and confusing onboarding
Missed meetings and trainings
Lack of communication and follow-through
No clear strategy or cohesive system
Zero leads generated after more than 2 months, despite me providing full access to my LinkedIn account for outreach

For context, I am not new to business or marketing:

20+ years in corporate leadership
15 years building and coaching businesses
Owner of a ZoomInfo agency generating up to 3,000 high-intent leads per month
Established LinkedIn network of 3,500+ executives and entrepreneurs
This was not a case of unrealistic expectations—it was a failure to deliver even basic execution.

I genuinely wanted this to work and gave Orien ample time and grace. I also attempted to resolve the refund privately and professionally. Unfortunately, the commitment to refund has not been honored.

I’m sharing this review to warn others to proceed with extreme caution, verify any claimed partnerships or sponsorships, and ensure refund terms are clearly documented and enforced.

I hope this feedback encourages accountability and protects others from a similar experience.
