Very easy to understand the product, the purchase was also a breeze and when I had to cancel for financial reason, it was not made difficult to do so. Once I have enough money I will be buying again. P.S I did receive the product.
I'm happy with the purchase. I received the follow up order too quick and didn't need it but that is my fault. I won't need my next shipment and will cancel my subscription at some point as I don't need forever heavy metal detox. For not I have extended the next shipment date, I may just keep extending until I feel I need or not. I will be ordering the parasite cleanse after finishing the metal detox.
I ordered the Parasheild (3 bottles) after watching an Instagram video from "Ginger Kate" Then I was emailed by Touchstone Essentials saying they were out of stock so I decided to cancel my order. The website shows that the products were cancelled but Touchstone has still taken the full payment out of my bank account. I have emailed and emailed them with no response. I have tried calling the company after 9 am but no one ever picks up the phone! Just a recorded message saying "You reached us after hours!" So they have taken my money even though I cancelled the order, on the 13th of March 2025, with proof of cancellation on their website. This company have terrible customer service, they have taken my money and will not respond to me and I want me refund! We have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Be very careful if you ever order anything from them! I am so upset that they have not refunded me!
Fast delivery - honestly I don’t feel any difference as have also been taking qenda and heavy metal detox smoothie to sort out my gut and try and remove heavy metals so I can’t see a measurable difference. Fingers crossed it’s actually doing something.
So far, I have zero complaints. I have doubts about if it's even working but then I remember that my kids and I have not been sick in months! While everyone else gets those seasonal allergies and illnesses; the three of us are as healthy as an ox!
