I ordered two different bracelets, and both are of great quality. One had a string of beads that was too tight for me to use. I reached out to customer support and received a response within a day. They offered a return and a store credit. I requested credit for what they deemed fair since part of the bracelet is great. They credited me the full amount. That level of service is rare. I'm very impressed and plan to use the credit to buy another item, as their mission resonates with me. I highly recommend this service.
The clasps on the bracelets are difficult to use, especially when you can only use one hand or need assistance. This somewhat undermines the strong image the bracelet conveys. Additionally, the bracelet feels a bit flimsy, and the Revenant's Wrath bracelet is too large for me. If I can't resize it, I may give it away. Also, I'm curious about the veteran organizations supported by the company; as a Vietnam veteran, I haven't heard anything about donations for service dogs or similar causes. With the current climate of fraud, everything is under scrutiny.
I ordered a necklace for my son. The Postal Service indicated it was delivered, but it wasn't where they said. I called the company and got no answer. I then emailed them and received an AI-generated response stating they couldn't find my order. Later, an agent emailed me back, saying they located my order and to wait three days for it to arrive. After four days, I followed up, but still no response. Definitely a buyer beware situation with this service. I did receive a later email stating they would send a new necklace, but to the wrong address. I've never encountered so many issues with a company.
I placed an order for a shirt, but it was canceled the next day due to the size being out of stock. If that's the case, why allow ordering that size? I then tried to order a different shirt in the same size, and that was also canceled for the same reason. This business is incredibly frustrating!
I adore the jewelry from this service, especially knowing that a portion of sales helps veterans obtain service dogs. I have the 'Don't Tread on Me' ring and the hero bracelet (though I had to replace the bracelet but kept the clasp). I did exchange the ring for a larger size, and they allowed me to keep the smaller one, which I donated to someone involved in law enforcement.
I appreciate the mission of this company, but their customer service and follow-up are lacking. They sent my order to the wrong address despite my proof of correcting it before shipping, along with an email confirming the change. Once they have your payment, they seem indifferent. Buyer beware. UPDATE: The company has since reached out regarding this matter, and I appreciate their communication about the error.
