I have several bracelets with my medical information from the ID Band Company. Both are really pretty. I didn't want something clinical and these fit the bill. 2 days from ordering to getting the last one delivered. I am so impressed by the service from them.
The item arrived quickly but was a bit cheap and nasty.Chain was too short to get over my head and when I mentioned this, their customer services suggested disconnecting it and placing the ball chain around my neck. No idea that most people would find this difficult, especially the elderly- it's a ball chain that is tiny and fiddly with no catch!Anti noise rubber cover isn't glued into place and is loose and moves around.The 'laser engraving' looks like it's simply printed on.A rather cheap and nasty piece of junk.Not fit for purpose.Buy cheap, pay twice!
The bracelet bought for my son is just as described and was delivered very promptly.Because of my son's medical condition I needed to know how the engraving was done so contacted customer service who answered me immediately with a concise description of the process and that no dyes or inks are used. All my questions were answered immediately and thoroughly in a very helpful manner. I would certainly buy from them again if I need to.
