I ordered from The ID Band Company an engraved wristband, which arrived extremely promptly with the wording I had asked for. I was particularly impressed because after I'd placed the order I decided I wanted extra wording on the reverse side. I found the company's telephone number - increasingly unusual in itself these days - and spoke to a very helpful lady who arranged the further wording I wanted. It was such a pleasant change to be able to deal sensibly with a helpful human being instead of the usual robot.

We think wearable ID is important. We realise that there are different circumstances under which you would want to buy some sort of ID product. We created our company after looking for medical ID products ourselves. We found that most of the products available were either of inferior quality or were not easily updateable or we would have to go through the hassle and delays of ordering from the States or that we were going to be "ripped off" with the post and packing charges.
