I ordered an engraved necklace to replace one that I lost that I bought from them about 10 years ago and a medical alert wristband. Really good quality engraving on the necklace and the wristband is good quality as well. I also added an endless chain to the necklace and the customer service team contacted me to check if I wanted them to attach it for me, which they did and then shipped the same day. Speedy delivery as well with Royal Mail, overall really pleased

We think wearable ID is important. We realise that there are different circumstances under which you would want to buy some sort of ID product. We created our company after looking for medical ID products ourselves. We found that most of the products available were either of inferior quality or were not easily updateable or we would have to go through the hassle and delays of ordering from the States or that we were going to be "ripped off" with the post and packing charges.
