I came to know about kitchen consultancy from facebook and wasn't sure what to expect. The initial call with Shanti was very professional and we were invited to his showroom to design our dream kitchen. From start to finish the experience was pleasent and Shanti was very accommodating and also recommended best design to suit our needs, plan and budget and also other ideas on sink, white goods to buy. He came to measure few times during our extension build, he resolved our worktop issue immediately and kept us posted on delivery timescales and was also here on delivery and had it ready for our buiders. I would definately recommend Shanti and his team (Richard). After sales service has been fantastic and we love our new kitchen. We are happy with the quality of the units and have recommended The Kitchen Consultancy to family and friends.
Many thanks to Shanti and his team for providing us with our lovely, new and modern kitchen. We went to Shanti after getting a few other quotes. It soon became clear that his knowledge and input into the kitchen design was far superior to what we had previously experienced. His expertise meant we have made the most of space available to us. Throughout the process Shanti has been reliable, accommodated design changes we required as per our build and followed up in a timely manner. The quality of cabinets and worktop supplied has been very good so far. Richard, the installer, was very clean, time-efficient and polite during installation. If you're in need of a new kitchen and need some help with the design, supply and installation, we would recommend Shanti and his team.

We managed to get exactly what we wanted and the kitchen was designed with ease in mind by Shanti. He guided us through the design to enable us to have everything we wanted. I have my Kitchen installed back is 2021 during my house renovations. Shanti was very understanding and was able to order the kitchen for us and hold on to them for a period of time after the builders got held up for various different reasons. He is very understanding and went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend.
We went to Shanti after seeing other kitchen suppliers as he came highly recommended. From the minute we entered his office, we were convinced that he was the person we wanted to work with. He was extremely flexible and always accommodating to our needs. He designed a beautiful German kitchen for us and not only does he source absolutely amazing units, but has a world class installer in Richard who is an absolute perfectionist. The team was incredible throughout - kitchen was delivered on time and they even adjusted their dates because we were late with our building work! The after sale service is also very commendable as Shanti remains very responsive and has attended to us in person. We highly recommend Kitchen Consultancy to anyone looking to install a kitchen.
Shanti was a delight to deal with and knows his job thoroughly. We have the kitchen exactly as we designed/requested and think he has done a great job. His project management skills are superb, and he is there whenever you need him, and supervises at all time and in all aspects of the work/installation. He helps with everything and informs you exactly what is going on and when. Nothing is too much for him and nothing is left to chance. However, the only significant drawback with our kitchen installation was his work force and the time that they arrived/worked. Whilst we were prepared to be flexible and accommodating, we experienced a number of days when they turned up after 6pm and stayed till approx 11pm. They also worked some Sundays as agreed. As I said we were prepared to be flexible, but would have preferred to have been informed of the way the workforce operated before they started the job. I would recommend that if you use Shanti for your kitchen project, that you agree with him before the work starts, the times of the day when his labour force will be employed. But for this issue I would have awarded him 5 stars, as he is really 1 of the very best Kitchen installers/managers around. Thank you Shanti
Shanti and his team worked with me on designing my new kitchen, something that was truly bespoke. I felt engaged through the whole process and whilst alternate suppliers were competitive, nothing I saw could beat the quality and customer experience that I've had with this company. "You get what you pay for" has never been such an understatement here. So the real question and why you're reading this, if I was to do this again, would I still choose The Kitchen Consultancy? Without doubt.
