We've been purchasing from this seller for a few years now, primarily because we adore the homemade and artisanal quality of their products. We have two items in our home and have sent numerous gifts to friends, all of which arrive in perfect condition, unlike flowers! The compliments we receive on our items and the gifts we give are wonderful, but most importantly, they look fantastic! Thank you all, keep up the excellent work!
I ordered two items; one arrived and is lovely, but the other never did, leading to a series of issues. After a long wait for a response, they finally got back to me and opened a case with the carrier after I disputed the order through a payment service. I submitted a claim and provided all emails from the seller and the carrier, indicating they had no clue where my item was, as tracking showed it was stuck. Then, a representative from the seller asked me to sign a 'loss of claims' form and take a photo for proof before they would process a refund. Strangely, after complying, I received no further communication. Despite this, I have still not been refunded and have been ignored since. To make matters worse, my claim was closed in favor of the seller because someone falsely claimed I received my item! This is despite the carrier confirming it was completely missing. This situation has left me unable to track my item, and it has been ongoing since October 26. Exercise caution when ordering from this 'small independent business,' as it seems they do not prioritize customer service or satisfaction once an item leaves their facility.
