I had a very disappointing experience with Lotusfab. On their website, they clearly mention a “7 days return policy,” which is misleading. When you read the full policy carefully, you realize they do not actually offer refunds — they only provide exchanges for another product. This feels deceptive and not transparent at all.
The quality of the clothing is also not good. The material feels cheap and does not match the expectations set by the pictures. The blouse quality is especially poor, and the padding inside is very low quality and badly finished.
Overall, I am not satisfied with my purchase. I would not recommend buying from Lotusfab unless they improve their product quality and clarify their return policy honestly.

Very poor quality saree for ₹1500. Looks completely different from pictures. I wanted to rate 0. But no option. Customer support is extremely rude and not helpful. They forc Fake expectations. Quality of saree os not even worth 50rupees. Don't cheat people like this.. Forcing us to stop shopping online.
