I strongly advise against using this service. They promised installment payments, which I followed through on, but encountered issues right from the start with the payment platform. When my final payment was due, I received no communication from them. After following up, I was told that the flights were no longer available, forcing me to book with another airline at a much higher price for multiple tickets. Now, trying to get my money back has been a nightmare; the airline confirmed that no tickets were ever booked. They claim I must wait 8 to 12 weeks for a refund, citing that the airline needs to refund them first. They continuously provide excuses for why they can't process my refund. I've reported this situation to the authorities and a fraud department. Please steer clear of these scammers; it's unacceptable.
