I honestly think I’ve been scammed here. I had high expectations after reading reviews and these goggles are some of the worst leaving me with red indentations that last hours. They also leak abs the nose piece won’t stay connected. I’ve had promises of replacement goggles that would be made after providing more photos which I did. Despite my emailing and messaging it’s been months and I’ve not received any confirmation on these. They never reply to emails and the 100% money back is a scam.
These were recommended by my Triathlon Group. However, they have a design fault. The nose bridge connector breaks, it is not strong enough. The company replaced the nose bridge for me, but the same issue happens: the goggles snapped after a second use . It is disappointing, because the lenses are good. If they fix this fault, they would be good glasses. I was also not impressed that a full refund was not given , ie they deducted a not insignificant delivery charge for the return.
