Review Time
I placed my order on August 24th and it took longer than the promised 14 days. At first the tracking information and communication were unclear and I was worried.Now my order has arrived and after testing the products I am very happy with them. They work wonderfully so far. Even though the waiting time was longer than expected I am satisfied with the quality of what I received.
It would have been a 5 star but my experienced was, I have mistakenly clicked to order by mistake whilst I am at work for a pair of goggles. My intention is to get for myself and my partner. So I have no choice to re-purchase another order for 2 pairs. And I emailed them straight away. It took so long to get a response and it delays my proper order as in the system it waited for the face scan for my whole order history. Once they replied to my email, they acted straight away for another waiting time whilst the personalised goggles were being made.So far, we both love them, as it is really clear under the water. The issue I have is my partner’s pair after twice used started to degrade the inside part of glass, it has a slimy thick colourless liquidy. I think the coating started to disappear. We just rinsed them with shower water and hang dry them. I am not sure if the quality of my partner’s goggles is the same as when he first time use them as he may not want to disappoint me. He always says it’s good.
