We had a little issue with one of the pairs of goggles we ordered and this company stood behind their product completely. My son says the goggles fit really well and he doesn’t need to wear them tightly to prevent leaking like he has with other goggles.
The anti-fog does work for a good while but it does wear off rather quickly even while following all the instructions. The googles are still great and incredibly comfortable to wear, make sure they’re tight when going off blocks/practicing fast turns so they don’t fill with water.
I ordered two pairs of Magic 5 goggles, but unfortunately, the first ones didn’t fit quite right. I reached out to the team, and within a week they sent me a new pair — completely free — and they fit perfectly!I’ve tested them both in the pool and in the sea, and they’re amazing. The comfort and seal are spot on.Customer service was super friendly and quick — honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had with any company. Highly recommend The Magic 5!
Bought a pair for my daughter. The face measuring app was tedious and didn't work the first couple of times we did it.On receiving the goggles you could see where the gasket had been cut, presumably with a hot wire but was a very rough finish and had a piece of rubber hanging off that I had to remove myself. My daughter was initially reluctant to tell me as she knew I would be disappointed with what was an expensive and time consuming purchase but they fogged almost straight away and continued to be a problem so much so that she switched back to her £30 Speedos.Ultimately very disappointed and will definitely not be buying again.
I have a set of goggles. They were fantastic until the bridge snapped . Despite the company saying twice they would send out a new bridge still not done so and it’s been several weeks . Such a disappointment as goggles so good to be let down for such a simple solution.
I had a very disappointing experience with the goggles. They leak water, making them completely unusable for serious training or races like Ironman where suction is essential. The company actually told me they are designed with no suction, what a joke.To make matters worse, I’m supposed to pay out of pocket to return goggles that don’t even fit as advertised. The plastic feels cheap, nothing like the premium look shown in their photos. The customer service representative was dismissive, insisting that this was “normal” and pushing me into a complicated replacement process instead of taking responsibility.For a product marketed as custom-fitted and high-end, the reality is one of poor quality, a poor fit, and poor service. Absolutely not worth the price.
I bought the product August 17th. Today is the September 9th and I found that the delivery company they hired could not deliver to my house (which is in the Center of Vienna). They are returning it to the company. And it will take 30 days. So, if you want to use googles shortly after you buy or if you want it to be delivered during your trip, I STRONGLY recommend you NOT TO BUY.
Wore them for 3 months and they started leaking very early on and easily slipped off my face. Wore them sea swimming several times and they made the whole experience miserable.It might be that they just don't fit my face, however I have enquired with their support team about getting them repaired or refund and have just been ignored.
