Review Time
These googles are a massive rip off. I bought these because it states you won’t get any google marks I get the WORST GOOGLE MARKS that last for hours. On top of that they fog up to the point you are completely unable to see and swim into people. I purchased the pink ones. I was hoping for excellence particularly as they have the cheek to charge £60 for them. Only good thing about them is you get no leaks but what’s the point if you can’t see and you are left looking googly-eyed avoid and can’t swim before work because you end up looking aged and tired, avoid at all costs - waste of money
These are the worst goggles that I can recall buying. The nose bridge snapped the first time I wore them. Total waste of money. And of course as they were shipped from Denmark and I’m in the UK the are impossible to return. Avoid.So Magic5 contact me (see below) as per other responses to poor review, express their concern about how poor their product is and ask for my details so they can reach out and help resolve issue. I sent details. And guess what? You guessed it nada from the con artists at Magic5. Honestly I can’t understand how poor this product. They are made with the cheapest materials I have ever seen on a pair of goggles. I genuinely suspect this mop are a bunch tricksters. Please avoid
After fitting my goggles at home, I tried putting them on at the pool for the first time. Unfortunately, the nose bridge broke, and was stuck in the goggles. After getting it unstuck at home, the new nose bridges didn’t seem to fit correctly. I contacted customer support on Friday, and got a response on Monday, with new goggles shipped out to me within a week. I’ve now had multiple swims of in them without issue. They fit perfectly, don’t leak, and don’t fog. I appreciate the timely customer service, and am thrilled with the overall quality of the goggles! 5/5
As a professional triathlete, I’m always looking for products that make me faster in all 3 sports and The Magic 5 goggles make you faster in the water and there clarity is phenomenal. It is an very innovative process, the 3D scan of the face has simple steps to follow and my goggles arrived on time. In the water the clarity is second to none and I like the fact that they offer 4 nose pieces to truly customize the goggles to fit your face. After a few tries with different sizes I was able to find the right fit and had some great swims with them. Truly recommend these goggles to anyone serious about swimming or triathlons.
Was having trouble with fogging on my 2 nd pair of goggles. Mentioned it in passing and Magic5 sent a replacement pair which are fog free. Fantastic customer service. This is the 3 rd pair of Magic5’s I have had and love them. Several in our Open Water swimming group now have them.Cannot recommend highly enough
