Hello, I’m am completely unsatisfied with the bird clock which has just arrived today with the box totally damaged and also looks old and tatty.
Poor customer service to send it like that and not even bubble wrapped. The cellotape on the box looked bad too.
I would there for like to return the clock for a full refund,and also not have to pay the postage for the return.
I have also emailed your company but sceptical about you replying.

There was an important structural piece missing from a traffic light bought for my grandson and his face said it all when he realised this.However, when I emailed The Magic Toyshop about the problem they politely and promptly replied and sent the missing part to my grandson. It was speedily delivered … all good!
