If I could give no stars I would! Two attempts to order an important book for an examination and both times they have failed to deliver. The first attempt I was only notified a few days from when delivery was due to say their supplier was out of stock and it would be a further 2-3 weeks (they could have told me that at the time of ordering). Their complaints process was good and somehow within a few days the book was available. So with one of the team overseeing the delivery process, and the offer of a credit to compensate for the hassle, I ordered it again (my alternative options for purchasing this book were limited) Unbelievably the second order has also been ‘delayed at the supplier’ by another 4-5 weeks for delivery to NZ. I wouldn’t trust a word they say about what books they have in stock or available, or their supposed delivery timeframes. Their communication seems fine when there is an issue and refunds processed but when I’m just needing the book for study purposes, I’d rather have the book!
