Review Time
I bought a t shirt coming up to three weeks ago to wear to the Eras tour. It was cutting it fine, but I wasn’t about to pay £10 for next day delivery, so hoped and prayed it would arrive in time as the shop is in the same country as me. Only after did I realise it takes between 10-15 working days to dispatch. To be fair, this is probably my fault for not reading the fine print but it’s now been 15 working days and still doesn’t seem to be dispatched. It’s not the company’s fault because they are transparent about it - although it should be more obvious on the website - under delivery it simply says how long it takes to be delivered not the dispatch times - but if I had been more aware at the time of purchase I wouldn’t have ordered. I’m writing this review so other people are aware of the time frames involved. I was delighted to find a business like this on the island of Ireland but even without an event in mind 15 working days and counting is too much for me. The T-shirt I ended up wearing to the eras tour was from Amazon and while I would like to support small businesses, especially local ones, it just not possible with these kinds of time frames.

I bought my first item in May from Paper press after following them on insta for agessss and when I tell you my Taylor swift box did not disappoint! Great value, the products are brilliant and Geri is so so lovely! Since then I have ordered 2 more shirts and another mystery box! Safe to say I will be a forever customer ♥️

Lovely company with responsive customer care. Unfortunately delivery was really slow and the dates I was given by staff turned out to be wrong, which is the only reason this isn’t 5 stars.Most of all I was really impressed with their size offerings, and the idea that you can purchase for kids at the same time. I’ll definitely be back, I just hope delivery times become more reliable or are communicated better.
