Same story as everyone else. I wish I would have read the reviews before we ordered it. We ordered the neck massager January 11, 2026, have received 2 emails with shipping excuses and it’s February 2, and now we hear nothing. We will have to cancel our debit card and dispute this. Unbelievable. Don’t waste your money or time! Do not order!!

Frustrating experience with shipping delays

I had a frustrating experience similar to what others have described. I ordered a Christmas gift on 12/12/2025 and received an email from the company mentioning "unexpected logistical issues with our shipping partner." I attempted to cancel my order via email but received no reply. After filing a dispute with my credit card company on 12/29/2025, I got an email later that day stating the item had shipped. However, it turned out they only created a shipping label, as USPS has been "awaiting item" in Irving, TX since 12/29.

Same issues as others – beware!

I placed an order on 11-29-2025 and share the same frustrations expressed by many here! I received identical misleading emails from the seller with excuses and nonexistent tracking information. My inquiries to the support team have also gone unanswered. Avoid this product!

Misleading claims and poor support

I ordered a neck massager on 12/8/2025. The company's website claims it's 'ready to ship in 24 hours' with delivery in 1-5 days. To date, I haven't received shipment confirmation or tracking info. I emailed support on multiple occasions, but received no response. The company lacks a phone contact. I've found numerous similar complaints elsewhere, suggesting their shipping claims are misleading.

Complete scam!

Complete scam! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT! I wish I could give a complete zero. It has been two weeks since I ordered, and it still hasn't shipped. The customer service email is unresponsive, and you just receive prompts to buy more.

Zero stars would be better

Zero stars would be better. Don't buy from this company. They seem incompetent, and there's a severe lack of communication from customer support. Why advertise 1-5 day shipping when it has been nearly three weeks without my item? I highly recommend avoiding this place as it may be a scam. I canceled the charge with my credit card company and suggest you do the same!

Clearly a scam

Clearly a scam. Don't take my word for it; try contacting them and see if you get a response. The product doesn't fit well, and the button placement is poor. I received no response regarding my return request. It's a joke.
