Warning - Don't buy this. There's no customer service. Over a week has passed with no response, just more promotional emails. I received the product and found it wouldn't fit correctly. It caused pain rather than relief. I tried to return it immediately, but no one has responded. If you want to waste your money, go ahead. This is a scam.
Avoid at all costs. I placed my order three weeks ago, and it took two weeks to receive a tracking number that is inactive, showing my order hasn't shipped. When I contacted customer support, they provided a lengthy list of excuses that seem untrue. I tried reaching out again but have yet to hear back. Spend your money elsewhere.
