Overall, I'm pleased. I've taken several dog walks on damp, muddy terrain, and my feet have remained dry, warm, and comfortable. Since I have plantar fasciitis, I've added supportive insoles to the boots, so I can't comment on their comfort without them.
I would give no stars if that were an option. I placed an order for boots on December 1st. I received several emails apologizing for the dispatch delay. After that, I requested a cancellation through customer support, only to be informed that the items had already been dispatched. When I asked for tracking details, my inquiries were ignored. I also checked a shipping app, which states the items were delivered on November 14th—quite remarkable considering I ordered them on December 1st. I am still trying to obtain a refund.
I ordered boots on the 16th of November. The tracking shows they have been at the same transit airport since the 23rd. I've reached out to customer service multiple times and, like others, have been told there's a slight delay and they are on their way. They seem either lost or stuck for nearly two weeks. I was informed this was due to the holiday season, in November? I was advised I can return for a refund, but how can I return something I haven't received? I inquired about the expected wait time but received no confirmation. Very unsatisfactory service, leaving me concerned about its legitimacy.

As a dog walker, I need my feet to be comfortable and dry. I tried them out on my walks today; while they may not be the most stylish, they are comfortable and my feet didn't ache by the end of the day, so I have to give them 5 stars. I hope they prove to be durable too.
